Rolf Ekéus has spent the last two decades working on international nonproliferation issues. He has filled a number of diplomatic posts, including Swedish Ambassador to the United States and Executive Chairman of the United Nations Special Commission on Iraq from 1991-1997.
Ioanna Iliopulos joined NTI as a senior consultant in February 2015 to support NTI’s Radiological Security Program. Iliopulos has more than 20 years of experience addressing issues and programs relating to National Security and Nonproliferation policy.
Martin Rioux-Lefebvre is a senior program officer for material security and minimization at the Nuclear Threat Initiative. He supports the International Partnership for Nuclear Disarmament Verification (IPNDV), NTI’s radiological security program and HEU minimization efforts, and works on issues pertaining to the nuclear fuel cycle and waste. Isabelle Williams joined NTI in 2007 and serves as Senior Adviser to the Global Nuclear Policy Program. As part of this work she helps coordinate the international strategy of the program, managing the work of NTI’s global partners.
California Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. is serving an historic fourth term as California’s chief executive after being elected in 1974, 1978, 2010, and 2014. Brown was previously elected California Attorney General in 2006, Mayor of Oakland in 1998 and California Secretary of State in 1970.
