Rohlfing at NTI-Carnegie Event

NTI President Joan Rohlfing delivered opening remarks at an event featuring Malcolm Chalmers of RUSI titled "Less Is Better: Nuclear Restraint at Low Numbers" on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 from 3:30PM-6PM at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

Co-sponsored by Carnegie and NTI, Chalmers discussed his recent paper of the same title and explored the steps that other nuclear-armed states would need to take to enable progress to low numbers.  Carnegie's James Acton moderated the discussion.
