Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries (IAMI) is a major defense contractor for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and among other projects develops the Ababil unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).  In September 2008, the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Asset Control added IAMI to its specially designated nationals and blocked persons list.
