A 1994 article published by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs refers to an Iranian missile plant in the city of Farhin. Three years later the London Times identified the plant as a potential target should Israel decide to launch an air-strike against Iran's ballistic missile program. The authenticity of the reports and the existence of the facility are highly questionable. There have been no further open source references to the site since the 1997 news report.
